Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship our products from France to all of Europe via UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo, or La Poste. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.

National Delivery: Mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco

EU Delivery: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

At the moment, we do not offer shipping to countries not mentioned above. If your country is not on the list, feel free to contact us to check available options.

Refund & Return Policy

At Milijou, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legislation (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects."

Return Procedure:

1. Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or at the following email address: contact@milijou.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Validation: Once your request is validated, we will send you a prepaid return label, which you should use to return the product.
3. Return Fees: A fee of €2 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping: Drop off the package at the nearest pickup point using the return label provided. Be sure to keep your proof of drop-off.

Refund:

• Once the product is returned and inspected by our team, you will receive a confirmation email.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase, within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
• The refunded amount will include the full product price, minus the €2 return fee.

Exceptions:

• Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Products returned outside the 14-day withdrawal period or not meeting the conditions mentioned above will not be eligible for a refund.
