1. How to place an order?
To place an order, select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you've completed your selection, click on the cart at the top right of the page and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
4. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, standard shipping within mainland France takes 3 to 5 business days European deliveries may take longer. More detailed information is available on our "Delivery & Return".
5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it by contacting us quickly at contact@milijou.com . Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
6. How can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy. A return fee of 2 €will be deducted from your refund.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
8. My product is defective, what should I do?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@milijou.com with photos of the defective item. We will provide instructions for an exchange or return at no additional cost.
9. Where do you ship?
We ship to mainland France, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and within Europe. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
10. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the total order amount and the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
